We are aware of an issue impacting the D2L login page.  Upon trying to access https://elearn.etsu.edu you will see a 403 forbidden error.  This error is only impacting users of the Google Chrome browser.   Other browsers such as Edge, Firefox, or Safari on a Mac are working fine.   The issue appears to be on the vendor side.  We will update this advisory once new information is available.  Until then, please use an alternate browser to access D2L.
