On June 10, all Poly VVX-350 and VVX-450 RingCentral phones will begin receiving a firmware upgrade to the latest version. These phones automatically check for updates every 3 hours and will reboot themselves once an update is detected. Reboots are designed to occur only when the phone is on-hook, so active calls will not be interrupted.
The reboot process typically takes less than 2 minutes. However, during this time, any computer connected through the phone's network port may briefly lose connectivity. This may cause a momentary disruption in internet access.
