VA Campus telephone/fax outage


A hardware failure of the Cisco telephone system gateway has interrupted service to approximately half of the fax machines and analog telephones at the VA Campus. Main campus is unaffected. No VOIP desktop lines are affected and all RingCentral lines are working normally.  If you have a high priority line that is not working please submit a ticket to the ITS Help Desk. ITS is working to move all analog lines to RingCentral.
