ETSU is experiencing issues with analog phone lines after our server upgrades over the weekend. ITS Technicians are aware of the issue and working to resolve the outage. ITS is working with Cisco on a solution. There is no ETA for a fix at this time. If you would like to opt in for notifications once service is restored, you can do so by visiting our Self Service Portal and clicking on the "Major Incident" box on the home screen. Once there, click "I'm affected by this issue" to be linked to the Major Incident and receive future notifications.
