Issue: 
ITS is aware of ongoing sluggishness with the campus Wi-Fi. This is due to a hardware failure that occurred over the weekend prior to the start of the semester.

Resolution Plan: 
The issue has been identified, and we are planning maintenance to resolve it. A brief ETSU Wi-Fi downtime will occur on Friday night, August 30, after 10 PM.

Impact: 
Please note that this downtime will NOT affect Wi-Fi services in the university dorms.
