AT&T and Cricket Wireless are currently experiencing issues affecting inbound calls to ETSU. AT&T or Cricket Wireless users may place a call that connects, but sometimes the parties cannot hear one another. ETSU users can place outbound calls to users with no problems. Information Technology Services is working with ETSU's phone service carrier to determine possible steps to resolve the situation.
