ITS has been made aware of a Microsoft Defender issue that is causing Windows shortcuts to be non-functional leading to the program’s failure to start.

ITS is actively working on a resolution to the issue, but have 2 potential workarounds:

1. Navigate to the start menu and locate the desired program there
2. Double clicking on a file will open the associated program
