ETSU's external phone service provider will be on campus overnight to work on repairs.
Incoming calls to campus are currently not working. Technicians are working to repair the outage as soon as possible, but we currently have no ETA.
Internal calls and calls outside of ETSU are working.
If you would like notification when the outage is resolved. You can login to our service portal at: https://service.etsu.edu and click the “I'm affected by this outage” on the Major Incident banner on the left side of the page.
