ETSU Network


ETSU’s primary Internet Service Provider, Lumen, has been down since last night and the redundant Internet Service Provider, MountaiNet, has been providing connectivity throughout the day.  At this time, Lumen does not have an estimated time for recovery.  The switch back to our primary provider will occur as soon as Lumen indicates all service has been restored.  In addition, some separate network issues are impacting network performance, specifically with Teams or Zoom calls.  Our network team is working to resolve those issues as soon as possible.  There may be intermittent outages overnight as troubleshooting continues. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
