The Verizon issue has been resolved. The PIN issues for long distance calling is still not working correctly.
Please be aware that we are currently experiencing problems placiing calls using long distance PINs when calling off campus. Additionally, Verizon users do not appear to be able to place calls to ETSU. Our telephone service provider has been contacted and ITS is actively working to solve the problem.
