2FA broken for Account Activate, other Goldlink-ish logins


Update: 2-factor authentication has been temporarily suspended from TRS logins to allow end-of-month timesheet submission.

The provider who handles our telephone services for multi-factor authentication is currently experiencing a service interruption.  Account Activate and other Goldlink-ish logins which use the Ellucian single sign on provider fail to recognize all phone numbers recorded in Banner for the logging in user.  If you are unable to log into one of these affected services, if you have a non-ETSU email address you can access as an alternative means of multi-factor authentication, please call the Help Desk at (423) 439-4648.  We can temporarily add your non-ETSU email address for you while we wait for our telephone 2FA provider to restore full operation.
