Identity services / authentication problems


This morning we are experiencing many authentication problems with our WSO2 Identity server and other services unable to communicate with our LDAP services for proper authentication.  So far, this is what we know is broken:

  • Goldlink, TRS, Dynamic Forms, and other web apps using the WSO2 identity provider
  • VPN.  It connects, but other traffic seems broken or intermittent.  Remote Desktop over VPN is likely to fail.
  • The Account Activation / Password Reset page

Technicians are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.  If you would like to be included on updates as they become available, please contact the Help Desk to report your symptoms and to be added to the list.
