New traffic signal installation on State of Franklin Rd

TDOT is starting construction of a new traffic signal light on State of Franklin Road at the intersection of Harris Drive. The signal light will be adjacent to the Parking Garage and Bank of Tennessee. Work is scheduled to be complete by October 31.
