ITS will enable Modern Authentication for your Office 365 email account on May 12th.  Upon launching Outlook, you may be prompted to enter your ETSU credentials.  You need to use your ETSU username and password.  You will no longer need to use the app password that was generated for you.  After entering your ETSU username and password, you will complete the 2 Factor Authentication associated with your account by entering the code texted to you, or by using the authenticator app.
