Email login issues


Microsoft is experiencing issues with their email server.  This may cause some users to be unable to log into email with a "Something went wrong" message.  Technicians from Microsoft are investigating the issue.  We currently do not have an estimated time of repair.

If you are being impacted by this issue, please log into our Self-Service Portal to let us know.  You may log in over at  Just use the same username and password that you would use to log into Goldlink.  After logging in, you should see a notice on the right about the disruption.  Click on the link to view the contents.  You should see a link that says "I'm affected by this".  Click on that and it will add you to the list.  Once the issue has been resolved, you will be notified via email.
