On Wednesday, October 23, the ITS office will be updating the security certificates installed on the wireless authentication servers. The change is expected to be transparent for most people, most likely needing no conscious effort to reconnect. iOS users (iPhone, iPad) could be prompted to accept the updated certificate. If you see this, tap Trust and you should be able to reconnect. If your device refuses to connect, delete the wireless connection profiles for ETSU and ETSUResnet, allow your device to recreate the connection you wish to use, and accept whatever security certificate is offered. Android users should still choose "Do not validate" if prompted. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk.
