Some users may be unable to access their mailbox via the Outlook client and OWA (or webmail). Microsoft has identified a portion of their servers that provide mailbox access that has stopped functioning correctly. They're working to route traffic around the affected servers to restore service. Neither Microsoft nor ETSU have any workarounds until Microsoft restores the partial outage. We currently do not have any estimated time of repair.
