Update: It appears that Microsoft has resolved their connectivity issues. ETSU's mail queue is processing now and emails are being delivered as normal. If you notice any residual problems, please contact the Help Desk.
Original advisory: Our mail transfer agent service is having trouble communicating with Microsoft's 365 email service. We have escalated a ticket with Microsoft to have them investigate this issue on their end. During this outage, email delivery will be delayed. This is also affecting copier machine scans delivered via email, eBucs, and Banner emails. There is currently no estimated time for resolution, but technicians are actively working to resolve the issues. As more information becomes available, it will be posted here.
