A new SSL certificate was installed on the ETSU wireless network. Users may get a prompt on their device to accept the new certificate. Please choose the Accept option to continue connecting to the wireless network.
If you were previously connected to the wireless netword and find that you still can't connect after accepting the new certificate, try having the device forget the ETSU network, then reconnect and accept the certificate. If that also fails, you may have to forget the ETSU network, turn off the wireless function on the device, turn wireless back on, reconnect to the ETSU network and accept the certificate.
If you continue to experience issues connecting to the wireless network, and you are able to connect to other ETSU-related services such as Goldlink or D2L, feel free to stop by the ITS Help Desk in room 105 in the Sherrod Library. The normal business hours are 8am - 10pm.
