Maintenance for the TouchNet online payment system will begin at 8:00 p.m. on 10/26/16 and will cause several ETSU online payment sites to be unavailable for approximately 24 hours. This update is required to enable an upgrade to EMV (chip technology) for enhanced payment security. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any delays or changes will be posted here.
