The ITS Help Desk has received several reports of PCs displaying errors about Windows activation. If your office computer is affected by this issue, please contact the Help Desk at 439-4648. Have your computer's inventory number ready when you call, and ensure that it is powered on and connected to the network. Or if you prefer, you can email your computer's inventory number to helpdesk@etsu.edu. The Help Desk staff are available from 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM to resolve the activation issue quickly.
