ETSU's primary internet provider has notified us they will be performing infrastructure upgrades January 31st, 2016 from 3:00 AM until 3:00 PM EST.
Network traffic will failover to our secondary provider, but the additional load may result in slow internet access at times. This will be most noticeable in the afternoon, when demand is highest.
State networks such as MTSU & TTU will be unreachable from Main Campus until the upgrades are complete.
