Information Technology Services will be migrating all voicemail boxes to a new voicemail service at the end of business on Friday, January 29, 2016. We have asked that ETSU faculty and staff fill out a quick migration form. Filling out the form guarantees that you will have a new voicemail box created during the migration process. If the form is not filled out, ITS cannot guarantee that a mailbox will be created for your extension. If you have already completed the form, no further action is needed.
