We have a Domestic Hot Water leak in the manhole on the north-east corner of Powell Hall and is causing water to discharge out of the manhole drain pipe located on the hillside above the sidewalk on South Dossett Dr.
We have scheduled an Emergency Repair Shut Down this evening starting at 5:00pm and lasting for about two hours.
During this time Domestic Hot Water will NOT be available at Hutchenson and Yoakley Halls. Powell and Stone have backup systems that will brought online during shutdown, so only Hutchenson and Powell will be without Domestic Hot Water during the repair.
