Update -- Network outage affecting D2L for some users
Message
- Update 2: Service has been restored as of approximately 8:00 EDT. Any users having trouble logging in to D2L should contact the ITS HelpDesk at 423-439-4648 or itshelp@etsu.edu.
- Update 1: AT&T has confirmed they are experiencing major network outages throughout the Southeast. Hardware and software repairs are in progress. We have no estimated time for resolution of this problem. We will post updates here as they become available.
- Original alert: There is a network outage within the state system that is currently affecting D2L for some users. Although D2L is not down, some users may not be able to reach the site because of these network problems. This alert will be updated as more information becomes available.
