Information Technology Services will be performing maintenance on the server that contains the students’ Z: network storage space during the summer. We will be completely rebuilding the server, which means that all the data on the Z: network will be removed.

PLEASE BACKUP OR MOVE ANY AND ALL IMPORTANT DATA FILES YOU HAVE ON YOUR Z: DRIVE BEFORE YOU LEAVE AT THE END OF SPRING SEMESTER.

If you will be taking classes during the summer, we will notify you as to when the server maintenance will occur, so that you will be able to plan accordingly. If you are not taking classes this summer, please back up or move your files on the Z: network before leaving campus next week. The Z: network will be empty when you return for fall semester. Please take this opportunity to safeguard your data.
