All exterior doors except the new east Quad-facing doors will be replaced. This should not impede normal access by building users in a significant way.
Concrete sidewalk and step areas along the south side of Brooks will undergo patch repairs and handrail replacement. Interruption to pedestrian traffic should be periodic and brief. Temporary handrails will be provided between the removal of the existing handrails and installation of new handrails.
The single door at the southwest corner that opens into the steps that lead to the Basement level gym will receive a new concrete stoop. This will prevent this door from being used for a couple of days.
