Our Long Distance vendor has required a change to our long distance service that no longer allows for the voice prompt that we have traditionally received for authorization / PIN codes. Now Long Distance dialers will be presented with a long beep tone instead of the voice prompt. The authorization / PIN code should be entered as soon as the beep tone is heard.
