The call manager servers will be upgraded starting at 5:30pm on 6/19/2012. At this time, VOIP phones will restart and there will be intermittent interruptions to VOIP services throughout the upgrade period from 5:30 pm until 10:00 pm. The OIT Helpdesk phones will also be affected by this upgrade so you should email them at oithelp@etsu.edu or call the OIT Multimedia Classroom pager at: 423-854-7451.
