GoldLink Portal and Banner INB Outage March 4, 2012


ETSU’s Office of Information Technology, in preparation for adding new storage hardware, will be conducting maintenance on our storage infrastructure from March 3 2012 at 10:00 PM until March 4 2012 at 12:00 Noon. This will cause an outage of a number services including but not limited to:
GoldLink Portal and Banner INB Faculty and staff email (incoming email will be queued on the sending server and will be delivered once services are restored)
Main campus web presence
Citrix Xen published applications
Student Printing

Telephone services will NOT be affected.

ETSU will still have a web presence to the world hosted at our off-campus disaster recovery site. This will have information notifying the public of the outage and direct links to off-campus resources such as D2L and GoldMail.
