Part of ETSU's voice mail service, specifically the Automated Call Distribution, is currently broken. This affects many offices, including the Bursar's Office, Financial Aid, Graduate Studies, JC Family Practice, Physical Facilities, and possibly others. If you are trying to call any ETSU department's main departmental line and are unable to connect, please do one of the following:

• • use the People Finder at the top of ETSU's home page to find the direct number to the person to whom you wish to speak
• • conduct your correspondence via email
• • try your call again later

The Office of Information Technology apologizes for the inconvenience, and will have service restored as soon as possible.
