At the close of business on Friday, December 21, 2018, GoldLink, Banner INB and Admin Pages, all Banner related systems, and some ETSU websites will be unavailable due to maintenance. Work will continue until Monday, December 24.
On Monday, December 24, GoldLink, Banner INB and Admin Pages, TouchNet credit card processing, and most ETSU websites will be online and available for your use.
Between Wednesday, December 26, and Sunday, December 30, work will continue and the remaining ancillary systems will be brought online as maintenance is completed - including ETSU Bookstore text book information, Degree Works, Banner Document Management, UC4 Banner job scheduling, and eBucs.
All systems and services should be restored no later than Sunday, December 30, at 11:59pm.
