This policy specifies procedures designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposures to blood-borne pathogenic microorganisms in compliance with the requirements of the federal and state Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA/TOSHA) Blood-borne Pathogen Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030.
