6. Academic Good Standing Requirements.  Students must receive a grade of B or better in the courses to be applied toward both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees. No more than 12 credits of graduate work may be counted towards the requirements of both degrees. If a student’s undergraduate and/or graduate Cumulative GPA falls below the 3.0 required minimum for ABM eligibility, the individual will need graduate program and Graduate School approval to continue in the accelerated program. Written approval from the program for the student to continue must be sent to the Graduate School.

No more than 12 credits…” - This doesn't seem relevant to good standing requirements.

The procedure section mentions the AMB application portal - where is that? Could that be linked in the policy?

Is this policy applicable to PharmD students who earn the BS in Pharmacy Studies? Should this be clarified? While it is apparent from the policy title (Master's Program) that those students are not the intended targets of this policy, some of the concerns around “double counting” from a SACSCOC 9.2 (Program length) perspective are similar - and in those programs, a larger number of credits apply to both the BS and the PharmD. In a sense, the articulated pharmacy programs are equivalent to an accelerated bachelors-to-master's program, but in reverse.

Also, I recommend that the acronym ABM be defined on first use.
