Graduate School Retention Standards Policy

This policy specifies the retention standards for Graduate Students.

Under procedures, does something needed to be added for students who were awarded I grades in a semester (under probation and dismissal) since the policy section dictates a decision would not be made for them until the I grade is resolved and they may have above a 3.0 prior to the final grade?
Does it need to be noted in the Policy/Procedure section that students are not permitted to register for subsequent semesters until the final grades for their probationary term are received? Current practice is that a hold is placed on student's accounts so they cannot register for future terms until after grades are received for their probationary semester.
